Please help me grade this 1892 25 cent. Also which OBV if you feel like doing some extra detective work. I'm new here and don't know the first thing about how to tell the difference. Thanks!

SSK, Canadian grading has no VF25, you can't sit on the fence here.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
