What looks wrong about it?
The seller appears to generally sell high end/key date coin?

Indeed, what don't you like about it?

You gotta wonder what's wrong with it since it's raw. Those coins are generally not seen outside of plastic unless there's an issue. I've bought a raw circulated 1883 before but not "high" grade and from a dealer I knew very well.

Absolutely genuine. This seller is in the upper echelon of quality and has some outstanding pieces but he is far from having any corner on that market.

Nice! The only one I've ever held in hand was the one someone passed to me in circulation last year as a dime.

If I did buy it, would send it out for grading asap.

Good seller, good reputation, but you find yourself in the proverbial corner here - bidding on an expensive raw coin with little opportunity to turn it around with TPGs during return window.

My standard answer. For that much money if it's not slabbed, I'm not interested.

Some of the bigger sellers will submit the coin to a TPG for you as part of the terms of sale. Although that usually requires a nonrefundable deposit if the coin meets your minimum standard. If you fall in love w a raw coin but need TPG verification, many sellers will work w you.

This coin should already be TPG'd unless it has problems. $2400, I don't think so.

I see an awful lot of folks who pop the TPGs for 7070s, but yes, you would think that value coin would already be imprisoned.
