I don't see this one being a DDO. The master hub for all 1972 cents was doubled, so maybe that is what you are seeing? We nee large pics of the devices to be 100% though.

I know. I need bigger pics. The Pics I have are clean. But for some reason that the largest I could get out of them with optimizer.
And can anybody tell me software pic editor that the nice arrow pointers come from?

Pretty much all of them. Maybe you have paint installed?

Even thought pics need to be bigger. The details can still be seen well enough. Shows not as much Hub dbling as #1 and some of the others.
The 1 & 9 + the 2 in date. And look at the activity. Also including around the forehead /Hairline. The Ear area. And the Breast area and the open areas in front the face and above date have lots of activity.
I need to pull the coin out for new pics and to look around the rim next to the L in liberty for what needs to be there. and get pic of that.
The shoulder has things there. The E in WE looks good and look, as does the OD in GOD And the R, U and S look like they are doing the right stuff.
I was doing side by side all day on COPPERCOINS.COM & all of these places were most convincing.I know #4 is most value. But the Hub DBLING you mention isn't nearly as strong as #1 and few others.

I really just don't see much doubling. I would have missed this one if found in change.

I'm not seeing much of anything, and we would need better pictures.

Your pictures are fine if they are blown up. I see the areas that you list as 'having activity', but that doubled look is all in a step-like pattern, not the horizontal doubled look of a true doubled die. As mentioned above, this incremental difference can be found on all 1972s because the master hub had some shift.

I see nothing but a normal business strike.

Hi Joey - your file size is very small so the picture size is comparable. I tried to optimize the picture, but when it is so small, there's not much to do. When you blow it up, it gets grainy because the resolution and detail aren't there. As a result, getting in close to the details is rendered a moot effort.
From the pictures here, I am inclined to agree with our fellow enthusiasts: a normal business strike.

I will get new set of pics.. I am interested still what they might be able to show. Still do not know why pixels are so down upon the edit. will try to resize through paint first with originals first. If still not better then retake.
Thanks everyone for their input.

Your largest image was 465 pixels wide. The size of the image on your camera see to be set a lot higher. Because if you enlarge the larges image to 1000 pixels wide, then it is of poor quality. So check your camera to see what size of images it is taking. If you are reducing the image too small when you edit, that would explain a problem. I make my images in the 600-1240 pixel widths. So if you can adjust your camera to a larger picture setting, you might be happier with your images?
