This looks to me like a doubled eyelid but I couldn't find a match on coppercoins or doubleddie.com. Any comments are appreciated.

If it is not a doubled eyelid, then it is a conveniently placed die chip! I am not sure how to tell the difference, but, to me, it looks doubled.
