From what I have seen the twenty-five cent pieces have no words on the side with the boat, but the dollar one has the same images as the coins posted here only with words below the boat. It has pictures of several, including yours (as the "large clouds" variety I believe) . It is not clear to me what denomination you token was, or even if it had one.
