Don't know. But I do remember viewing a pretty convincing and professional youtube video showing data (gave links to look it up) that showed the manipulation to get it down from close to 50.00 an oz within the last few years. If this is verifiable, then I see no reason why it cannot be manipulated downward more.
The fed gains power as the PM prices drop since their fiat money "gains" value against something with legitimate value.
"Paper silver" never should have been allowed to become a reality unless it had an exact amount of PM in hand to back it up.

i personally think silver will stay in the 15-25 dollar range, going slightly outside of those, but never by a large margain

Thanks for the link Leon as I found the article an interesting read.

I would be surprised to see $10 spot, but we will see. There doesn't seem to be a lot of support based on the charts in the article you linked.
