I do see an anomaly inside the mintmark, top right. Just not enough there to attribute it as a rpm. Just as easy for it to be a chip.

That 7 doesn't look normal to me and those 3's are always weird looking....

Compare the date to another 1973, it is perfectly normal. Do not make the mistake of comparing date digits from coins of differing years, there is variation in digit style throughout the decades.
