My initial thought was that the '84 CC is a far date but I'm not picking up any die markers of the two far date VAMs so it may be a normal date position. A good close up of the date and MM would help the attribution.

edit to add - my initial guess would be VAM-9 based on the date position and what appears to be the second C in the mm tilted slightly right.
