F-12 to VF-20 The obverse is VF-20 while the reverse is the F-12. Possibly cleaned - but hard to tell from the pictures Interesting spot under the chin - could you post a close up?

I think it is a die chip under the chin? It may have been cleaned before I got it; IDK.

The cuts at the rims, most easily seen at 8:00 and 10:00 on the reverse, may be indicative of ex-jewelry. Closer photos of that area might help determine if that is true.

Definatly ex jewelry. Aside the clap dings it has that polished over time look that is common on heavily worn coin jewelry pieces. Someone loved this and wore it often!
