I'll echo paralyse and say your new images make the coin look very, very good. This date is relatively common (~400) in circulated grades, not often seen in mint state (<50) and is very scarce above MS63 with MS64 pieces being $3,000 coins.

Anyways, it sure looks choice mint state and some hi-res images would be welcome. It is a winner from what I can see.

Thanks for some feedback, I've been reading more and learning to be more selective in the coins I choose. I really like the feel and thinking of its history. Not sure I like the idea of trapping them in a slab

This coin would be worth putting in a slab.

Very pretty coin? OP how long have you had it? Aware of any cleaning of alterations?

No real information about the coin other than it belonged to an estate sale, I picked it up for $200. It was the only seated half in the collection but the family of the old guy said he would never clean his coins and he insisted the family not clean them as well. Possibly cleaned long ago but there is no indication it was ever wiped or rubbed.

Rather well-bought at $200, I think.
