Doesn't matter what the holder says, as long as the coin conforms to what you want then go ahead and buy it.

Maybe you could try and sell it as a Rare TPG error for $100,000 like some of the fools on ebay do!

Label errors can and do sell for a premium. Just not the 100K that weirdo guy wants for his.

I think it's cooler actually as a grading error - since what the correct label should have been is obvious. I wonder if there are folks who collect those?

Yes there are and this one would carry a premium because it's got the chuckle factor plus its an error label on an error coin. It's not just a mundane different mint mark or other small label error.
