Found this in a lot of 5000 wheat cents purchased off ebay, this one has me very confused. Is it possible that this FS-101/DDO-001 with some Machine Doubling or PMD on top of that? Or simply a slightly lesser class 6?

The'4' has traits of Longacre doubling.

Longacre didn't design this coin. Just looks like damage to the coin. PSD
