thedollarman Pillar of the Community Canada 4911 Posts	Posted 07/17/2015 8:23 pm Yes there is a swl and yours looks to have it. The only explanation imhave is that there is a lot of little chatter on the obversemthat was mistaken for dust and toning and stuff. I saw the same kind of thing on a 1938, it was amazingly toned with golds and the fields looked spotless but under magnification there must have been hundreds of little chatter. It was the best looking MS-62 that in have seen in person for the date. I thought it would grade 63+ from a quick unaided look... Feel free to call me Will.
