What would the value of this be? As I understand, errors on NCLT PL coins are rarer than MS errors.

And yes it is cut out from the set but still sealed in its MINT ORIGINAL HOLDER.

Im debating whether I should take the coin out so I can get better pictures.

Can you spot the error?

Similar to my 2009 loonie still in mint sealed package.
It probably isn't extra metal but more likely plating bubbles.

Not much premium on your coin or mine. Definitely a keeper though if you are into errors.
