best pictures I could get through the holder, will post results tomorrow. The scratches across her lips and on her cheek are on the plastic. Thanks.

Probably got net graded. I'd call it EF Details, cleaned.

I agree with Pokermandude, VF30 or EF40 cleaned.

Do you think this is a net grade? the coin looks cleaned in the pictures but that might just be the pictures and different in hand.

I bought the coin thinking it was undergraded. Closer to EF40 IMO. Without the glare off of the plastic, the coin looks much different.

Perhaps it was dipped at one point. The coin is quite clean. These pictures are closer to the actual color. Not sure when this was graded, I wonder if it would grade differently today?

The coin was net graded. It has EF Details, but it was NET to VF-30 and the details designation was removed. The coin would get EF details at a US TPG.

The coin has not been 'net graded' in my opinion.

It's OK and it's a high VF coin.

True, PCGS may grade it EF, but I would bet that they would say 'details grade for cleaning', not because I think it's cleaned, but rather, PCGS grades many coins as 'cleaned' when they see a few wispy hairlines.
