Thought this listing was strange. I don't think he realizes it's PMD, but the thing is, in the title he calls it "uncirculated" and "proof"

Then you go down to the description and he says it's fairly circulated and "nicely preserved"



Looks like PMD to me, what do you guys think?

Looks like someone tried to put it through a rolling machine to make one of those elongated pennies.
