VF-25 sounds abour right. The darker area under the eagle's right wing (but not under the left) suggests that it probably has been cleaned, I would agree.

I'd go VF30 and market acceptable for problem-free on a light cleaning.

BH - I'd like to think you're right, and maybe in hand I would agree, but I don't think it would slab.

VF-30 old cleaning. Rim has a slight hit reverse btw. 4:00 and 5:00, and maybe a die crack or scratch from 4 in date running northeast to the base.
