Okay Westcoin. Does this coin exhibit any diagnostics for a rare variety?

Solid EF-45, with a chance at AU-50 in my opinion. Very pretty!

AU-53, looks like some clash right of the "2", and a possible die chip or evidence of a RPD on the 2nd 6?

F-S don't list any varieties for 1866 and I don't have a copy of M2CW around at the moment.

Solid EF45++ more likely a lower end AU coin. 1866 doesn't really have much in the way of "rare varieties" there is the off center misaligned die clash, but I don't see any evidence of that on your coin. There are a few very minor RPD's as well, but they don't really bring any decent premium.

In the Two Cent series there are only a few really key varieties:

1864 small motto
1864 small motto Proof
1864 DDO
1864 reverse clashed with Indian Head cent FS-1901
1865 DDO
1867 DDO
1872 DDO
1872 in high grade business strike and not Proof
1873 closed 3 Proof
