If you say it's been cleaned, you must have your reasons. Otherwise, VF-35.

Looks like there is a die crack at the top of R-I-C-A of America. From the picture, I can't tell if it has enough of a break to be considered a Retained Cud.

I agree with VF30 cleaned details. The little digs on the coin don't help, but the die crack makes up for them.

Forgot to add value, I'd probably want to be paying under $28.00 if I was bidding on one like it on ebay. Retail is probably closer to $35-40.
