Liverpool Pillar of the Community Canada 576 Posts	Posted 07/23/2015 8:38 pm I've posted a few things on ebay and there are 3 bids on one of my items. The bid price has not gone up. With 3 bids the bid has remained at .99 cents. Is this normal or have I done something wrong? Refreshing the screen doesn't do anything.
