Hard to tell from that pic. Can you zoom in more (and clearer) on just the mint mark?

I'm traveling so all I have to take a picture is my phone and a loupe. Anyone have a guess?

I'll try to get some better ones later..

I believe this is a left over die scratch that hasn't faded as much in cent of the mint mark as it has already faded on the fields. The die scratches fade quicker in the open fields and next to the devices and inside the devices they remain. If you rotated the coin a bit and took another image of the date area with the light falling across that area, the die scratches will be seen. Not a RPM. Just die scratches.
