Looks like a normal sized mint mark. If you are looking at the mark in the center at the top, that is not from a mint mark punch. If it were, then it would continue down the center. If you are looking on the east side of the mint mark at 3:00, that is coin contact that flattened that device. Just a well circulated coin.
