Unfortunately no. What you are seeing on your coin is what I call rolling lines. The stock material is rolled out flat and these remain even after a strike. The way I know they are part of the stock and not on the die is that from the same OBW roll, you can find examples from the same die, but the rolling machine lines are in different directions.

Note the directions of the lines. Note the same markers on both coins. So they are on the stock material and not an issue with the die.
