Truly a shame, guy claims it's "mirror finish" and all of his coins have been harshly/lightly cleaned to some certain extent.

Probably does it himself...

It looks like it's been plated more than being polished.
Love those full bands. , there is one guy bidding on this that should know better.
I'm surprised the seller is not calling it gem bu full mint luster.

The very definition of a "whizzed" coin. Nothing more. I can't believe it's at $5.50.

CSOTUS, it makes sense that he would have 100% feedback. The people who know enough about coins to leave negative feedback on a coin like that aren't buying coins like that in the first place.

He seems to sell a lot, so I doubt if he'd listen to any advice. As long as there are both uneducated sellers and buyers, this type of stuff will happen.

You should be the only one in your coin club to have this most collectable numismatic specimen.

Cause if anyone else did, I would seriously question the credibility of your club's members!

I wonder if he discounts if I send my entire collection.

There is a dealer on ebay who regularly dips and recolors his Lincoln Cents. If they turn out right he sells them as Gem bu Reds. If they sorta come out right he sells them as "Questionable Color". If they don't come out at all looking right; he admits they are cleaned, but then points out how amazing they look. Which, to be fair, they usually do look pretty good. But, my lord, his prices for coins that he admits are cleaned.....let's just say that the RedBook would be embarrassed to advertise those prices.
