Does not look like an RPM to me. And please flatten those staples,it's in your best interest.

The mark in the upper loop of your mint mark is from a damaged punch. Not an RPM.

What looks like a die chip within the upper loop of the S is on the shoulder of the punch. This occurs when the punch is punched into the die harder then usual. It is pretty typical to find "junk" on the shoulders of punches and I do not consider it to be a damaged punch.
