The seller has been offering this stuff on ebay for longer than CCF has existed. People just don't think things through.

Even if he doesn't speak English, can he not copy the letters on the COA inside the holder? I can plainly see "Grizzly Bear" on the COA of the "Pole Bear." What I don't understand is how he could get those translations? With the little Mandarin knowledge I have, I can tell you that Chinese for "bear" or "grizzly bear" is not even close to "polar bear". Even Google Translate has it right this time. Maybe I'll shoot them a message so there's no more confusion.
