I think this coin could get an MS62 possibly more in hand. The hair is always weak on these.

Coin hunter you Nailed it! MS62 is what seller sold it as. I personally feel though when I finally get this graded it will come back MS63! here's hoping  The seller also had it graded by a third party who's been dealing with coins before I was even born. Thanks everyone for your opinions

You would have to catch the PCGS grader on a really good day to get a MS 63....simply too much chatter on obverse, typical weak strike on reverse. Still an attractive, lustrous coin.
