Which Morgan Dollar Should I Keep? - Coin Community Forum

Mister Kairu Pillar of the Community United States 1911 Posts	Posted 07/31/2015 4:46 pm Poll Question Hi all, wanted to get everyone's opinion on which of these two Morgan dollars I should keep as I have to sell the other to make up for some purchases this month for my wife. The 1921 appears UNC according to the LCS, the 1897 possibly AU but also has some toning personality to it. They both seem common dates so wanted to hear anything I am missing. Thanks! Mister Kairu Pillar of the Community United States 1911 Posts	Posted 07/31/2015 9:02 pm Well these are the last of six I bought from a family friend ($19 a piece for these two and one other the other three at $13 a piece). I want to keep one but need to sell the other since we went and bought some Thomas Kinkade items at an auction we need to make up for (I also got some silver quarters for spot but those I resell so just her items we need to make up for). So keeping both and selling both to get another are unfortunately out of the question right now. Thanks for the advice all! And the 1897 is S mint and 21 is P mint Report this Post to the Staff
