if you look closely in the font it seems theres another letter I will try to take a more clear picturte

I'm pretty sure there isn't an EPU DDR for the LD specimens. The doubling on the '2' is Die Deterioration. But keep looking. Good luck.

It's a large date. You can tell by the way the downstroke of the 2 is straight. On small date 82s, the downstroke is slightly curved to the west. I don't see doubling.

The enlarge STA on STATES and the "E" on the EPU is caused by a Struck Through Grease error. When the deeper parts of the die get a thin layer, then the devices will be close to the field and wider because the devices are tapered. (thinner at the top of the coins device to release from the die)  When a layer of grease gets into the bottom part of the devices, they can't strike up and look like your coin on the areas I mentioned.  Fairly common. No premium for these. (but always good to know what it is)

when I look closely with the loop the E.Pluribus unum it looks like a spread due to die?
