Nope. With NNC, always assume one grade level lower (~10 points) and cleaned. They use horrible scans and their high feedback to make people believe the number on the label.

The coin is most likely real but it is definitely not uncirculated,

"Centles" is a well-discussed ebay Seller in many coin communities along with his basement grading company.

Questionable coins are in questionable TPG holders (like NNC) because they won't pass muster at the mainstream, more reliable TPG companies (like PCGS, NGC and ANACS).

at best. It may even have more issues that are not apparent in the scanned images.

NNC is a joke. This coin is VF+ and yes, appears genuine.

BTW, that seller has been discussed here multiple times. Avoid.

I have a 1799 graded XF-40 by PCGS. This looks to be VF-35+ or XF-40.
