Are these worthy on getting graded by ICCS?
Any opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Tough to grade through the plastic. The coins look mint state, but I would only TPG the upper mint state examples of these years.

First one is not MS, it's AU at best IMO.
Second one would be 60 or 62 depending on the nature of the dark area.

Your 1935 appears to be a swl, if so it is a fairly scarce coin.

The 1938 is in MS condition and definitely worth getting graded.
(Not sure, but is that a die chip on the island behind the native?)
The 1935 I would say is not worth getting graded.

@dollarman I posted a close up pic of the 1935 and to me it looks like a fwl.
@jimmyd I posted a close up pic of the 1938 and I can't see a die chip? not sure where I'm looking though. And I will be getting this one graded and not the 1935.

Thanks

@jimmyd I will have to go to my bank next week and double check on that in my hand. Good eye! Is this rare?

I guess any rarity would depend on what it is.
I haven't seen this before so I can't really say.

It appears to be a small toning spot caused by a pin hole sized hole in the plastic, note the dark spot and then hole like looking thing above it?
