1960 D DDO Small Date Over Large Date?

I was searching through some of my mom's cent folders and found this coin. I tried to look for markers on coppercoins but couldn't find the exact coin. Maybe not a DDO then? Thoughts?

Looks like machine damage. Not how the devices are reduced in size? On the Small over large date, note the width of the "0"
1960-D-DDO-Small-Date-Over-Large-Date?
Also note the "6". There is a chip, then the small date upright, then the large date upright? All on the same device. Your coin is just a large date.
