The middle pic captured it best. It is strong, doesn't fade into the field, and no striation lines. The last pic was slightly on an angle to show the doubling towards the bottom of the S. You can slightly see it in the middle pic.

The date and mint mark is showing the same machine damage in the same direction. MD
