1974 Phillips/Wheeler Two Dollar Banknote
Last serial prefix HLP

There are no recorded sales of a $2 banknote with the prefix of HLP.
Yet supposedly there were 1 million of these notes were printed.

This article is definitely worth a read - even if you don't collect banknotes.
