If really nice, small scratches like that could or may be just slightly over looked. And too, so much may depend on how YOU feel about a scratch. If that is your coin, I'd never worry about that. Yes it would affect the value but if the obverse is ok the damage is only minor. This, of course, would not apply to a common date which would be tossed in the bin. Report this Post to the Staff
