I just picked this up on ebay.
I also posted this on the Aussie Coin site.
The images are crap But the last "6" does look a bit odd to me.
Has anyone got a 1866/5 Sovereign image so that I can compare it to the one I just purchased ?

Sellers images and a crop of the date

I don't know enough to comment Trout, you might have to contact Eric or Walter who deal with them everyday. This bloke has listed a couple on ebay, they all seem to have the same 'blobby' 6.
