I would not send in the coin for grading as the grading and shipping fees will eat up half the value of the coin if it grades MS63 or MS64 unless I was sending in a package for economy rate and I needed a coin as a filler to meet the minimum coin requirement.

You can also crop on the image optimizer. That way you can show the coin bigger without the background taking up all the data.

It's very tough to tell from those photos. I know you did as best you could (although the suggestion to crop is a good one).

I'm in the "don't send" camp on this one, I'm afraid.

I think any TPG and mailing cost would eat up a good deal of the value on this one.

I'll give benefit of doubt and say low MS for now. Some luster, and eye appeal not that great.

The pics are not sharp enough to tell wear verses weak strik. Looks low MS
