Looks like a RPD to me. I don't have my cherry picker's guide. It first I thought F-15 but I'd go VF-20 with a grease strike through "WE TRUST"

PS - I think bandsdean is correct about the strike-through and the technical grade, but I don't think you would get it into a 20 holder.

I'd be at an F-15, I think, for technical grade, and agree with the RPD.

The nice thing is that it doesn't look like it has much corrosion at all, nor any hint of cleaning. Both strong attributes on any 2 center.

Yeah, I see a little discoloration, hard to tell what it is. Nice coin though.
