I have 4 in question total, I didn't see a reason to make 4 separate threads. the first two are RPM questions and the second two are full steps, or lack there of.

1964 D looks normal but maybe a touch of MD at the top (flat/shelf-like)
1961 D looks like it may have a split lower serif or a hit at that location
1976 D showing near-full and full steps with contact marks

All appear to be nice specimens. The 1976 D specimens are hard to find in circulation; anything in the 70s really. I'd be happy with either one since the right side of the stairs tends to be worn away on coins of that date.

Not sure if you had questions or looking for confirmation. The pros will be by to offer a verdict if that's the case.

Bottom line: nice coins!

Yeah I was looking for conformation. I'm putting together a lot to send off and was wondering if I should include these. Will they get full steps attribution with the contact mark? That's really my main concern

Contact marks on the stairs shouldn't alter FS assignment, as long as their is no indication that the mark hides potential weakness in strike, which this one does not.

Your last 2 nickels are not full steps. I believe a cut separating the step lines will
squash the full step designation.

Agree with T-Bop. The PCGS Official Guide to Coin Grading and Counterfeit Detection states, in part: "Any major disturbance or interruption of these steps or lines, whether caused by contact, planchet problems, or another source, will result in the coin's not being designated FS. Only the slightest weakness on any step (line) is allowed for this designation."
