The obverse is missing LIBE and last 2 numbers of the date.

1993 or 1997. It is a Greaser,notice the full rim. A weak strike would not have a full rim.

I have one that is mostly filled on both sides that is thought by some to be a weak strike, but like John1 said, if the rims are full it has to be a filled die.

If it were a weak strike, the rims would be weak. On yours they look pretty much normal. So it is a struck through error. (grease)
