We need to work on your attribution skils.

This coin is a Normal Date; 3A is a Near Date. The 3A neck clash is at the notmal location; your coin's clash is markedly low. The reverse die cracks are not correct.

I'm about to clock in; when I get home tonite about 8:00 I'll walk you through attributing this one. It's a really nice coin with good markers for attribution.

My first thought was the ultra common VNA, but the good news it's not. I did find it and there are a couple of NGC 66 examples, but I'll let Ddave walk you through the attribution.

But it has the big clash behind the hair which was the only VAM I saw with that clash. Thanks I can't wait!

VAM-13A is where I ended up. I looked for auction results on GC for VAM-13A and found none, but NGC and PCGS graded coins would not be attributed so it may not be a simple search.

I like 13A for it, and this proves that you don't need any basic VAMming instruction.

VAMworld notes two of these (attributed by members) in MS66. There may be more in the SSDC Registry.

The Registry shows two in NGC 66 so you would make the top of the list being in a PCGS holder. Congrats!
