Face value for these. I don't know how price increases with age but 5, 10 and 20 centimes from 1930's and onward are surprisingly common.

Apart from that, ½, 1 and 2 Francs coins from 1967 and earlier are .835 silver. Sadly, you missed silver by a single year here.

As for currency conversion, the Swiss Franc is currently just above the US dollar, so think US$ for these.
