Images of the full date and mint mark would help for an overlay.  Note the punch dent in the above the lower serif? That die's coins would all have that from that die. (the mint mark punch is added to the die, before the first coin is struck, so all coins should have the punch dent.

If you put a straight line from the tips of the nines, on the MM D01, they go through the top loop of the S. On your coin the S is much lower. I'm no pro, but I think that's a bad sign.

Coop your second shot on CC with the lighting from a different angle showes the same die scratches as the OP's second photo
