So far only three other know examples. (They are out there because of die state)

The story behind this coin: I noticed several of the 2004 plain and Denver mint DDR's and being the person who thinks outside the box, I thought, well this may of happened other years. So in a few months I found this one that was the discovery piece for this die. Just searching roll cents.

Nice find. Even though it looks a little tough. It is a Wide AM. (slight MAD on the obverse)

While not varieties, I do like these two for how cool they look (1959-D double-folded reverse delamination that even shifted designer's initials -- and a 1986-D massive grease strike):

SheltieGuy1966,
That is a nice 1999 WAM,it's the tough one of the three to find. I have found only one 1999 WAM myself and more than a few 98 and 2000.

I lost the photos of my great find when my computer crashed a couple of years ago. It was a 1988-D RDV-006. It was the discovery piece of die pair #9. I was mentioned in DVN for discovering it, and they mentioned the buyer who had it slabbed and certified by ANACS. It cost me 1¢, and I sold it for $175 I think I came out ok.

Hey Childofthewheat , what's your setup for searching. Like how much magnification, how bright is the light?
