PCGS Photograde only goes down to VF35 and I think this one is lower than that. What say you guys?

Finding a Rosy in that condition is a real find. It would take forever to wear down that much and shows how long some of our coinage still lasts in circulation.

This coin is technically an XF or higher. It actually has very little actual circulation wear.
