Am pretty sure. Checked markers.
Obv & Rev. Grade?

At first I thought I was number 1. I changed it 3. Which I think was the correct call

Hard to tell from the images provided. This is what you should see close up:

But looking at the location of the mint mark, it is not 003

Well there I guess yes I do notice. Crazy seem to have all attributes but you're right the mint mark is different. Thanks Coop. Any ideas of which it might be? Seem to match the doubling as 3 with the 9 showing on top. Including the breast the rev areas . The corner bottom of the memorial and in the upper column area. Matching coppercoins pics. I am kind of stumped . Seemed to all match. Any ideas that details all as 3 but the mint mark would be different? Any thoughts?

I think there is a little confusion here as to who sees an RPM an who sees a doubled die.

I think the op was going after ddo-003. It's not 003. 003 is a large date , the op's coin is a small date. I think the op is seeing the funky stuff that goes on with a small date

I do not see either 01 or 03 as far as a DDO goes.
MM position is not correct for either as well as other factors.
No RPM seen also.

The OP's image at the top looks like a Large Date and the one below like a Small Date. No matter, this is not CONECA's DDO-003. The Mintmark it way to high. This is -003 showing primarily as "horns" on the 9.

The 9 is so Strong that when you take images of it, it doesn't show as well as you would like it to. So I added a couple images to my image to show what I'm talking about. (Under a scope you can see it a lot better)
