All coins may benefit from soaking in Demineralized Water and a brushing with a (hard) toothbrush.

The second coin could be one of the 'Fallen Horseman', 'FEL TEMP' types.

The first one is most likely a Valens RESTITVTOR REIP AE-3.

Number two looks like a Constantius Gallus FEL TEMP REPARATIO fallen horseman.

Not sure about #3, but the obverse legend looks like Valentinian I.

Number four looks to be a Valens GLORIA ROMANORVM AE-3 from the Thessalonica mint (TES mint mark).

#3 looks like a beat up Valentinian I SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE AE-3 with Victory walking left, holding wreath and branch.
