From the picture provided, your coin looks polished.
Those marks on her cheek extend to the top of her cap in a straight line. Reverse picture needed.
Hmm?

I think what you are referring to is planchet striations although I'm not sure if that is what we are seeing here. These seem a bit pronounced.

The white straight line appear to be die polish lines and there is a grove that could be a scratch or planchet flaw.

If the grove is scratch, the coin could grade details. If the grove is a planchet flaw, it should not effect the grade, but could lower the value of the coin because it is on the cheek. If the white lines are die polish lines, it will not effect the grade.

Below is a close up photo of a Morgan with die polish lines and a planchet flaw.

I would pass on the coin as it is hard to tell what is going on from the photos. You can find a 1878 S without the issues.
Rest in Peace

If the seller has a return policy there is minimal risk.

This was his second response. Also offers a 14 day mbg. I think I'm going to buy it and see what it looks like in hand.

Those appear to be planchet striations on the cheek. I would call it a 62/63
