It looks like the coin is out of round and the rim is flattened? If so it looks like PSD to me.

Looks like it was put in a boot clamp and pressured to achieve this appearance.

utility knife blades. Steel on copper maybe early stage of electrolysis. On second thought it would have to be blades for a very small knife. Whatever it is, it sure looks like PSD to me.
