Harshly cleaned I realize. Don't know anything about them, and got it thrown in on a trade. The only one I have and the edge lettering is pretty cool. Does it make VF25?

I think it makes VF25, yes. Given the cleaning, why is this important?

ANACS thinks numerical grades are "important" on their details coins.

.....also helps when figuring a net grade to know where to start from.

VF-20 details. Wouldn't be surprised at F-15 details either. Too bad about the harsh cleaning.

Yeah, probably, but I took them, and the coin actually doesn't look much different in hand. There are no hairlines. Whoever cleaned it did a good job, if there is such a thing

Thanks for the replies.

I agree the coin has VF25 details, and I think it is a nice coin in spite of having been lightly cleaned. If there are no hairlines (which you can judge better) it probably means it was carefully cleaned in a non-abrasive manner. This is a good candidate for natural retoning by placing it on a window sill for a few months. It should look better at the end and you will probably enjoy it more.

** Coinfrog **, Yes it's very important. giving this coin a foundation which to imply that this coin has great details and eye appeal even though it was cleaned.
check out the crispness of Date ,reverse motto ,and Eagles
neck to beak.; not to mention obverse stars.
yes , this coin is a winner in my book any day !
